This is a Zenith Data Systems Z-150 keyboard (variant 100-1886). This is an XT keyboard: you will need an active adapter to use it with a modern computer.
This is untested, as I do not have a compatible adapter. The keys are green alps switches, and appear to be in excellent physical shape. The keyboard case is clean, no visible defects (one rubber pad is missing on the bottom). Both legs flip up and down normally and are unbroken. This vintage keyboard is in great condition.
