This is a TrendNET 2-port KVM switch, which for some reason eBay miscategorizes.
It takes takes input from a VGA and PS/2 connectors into two VGA + USB connectors. You switch between outputs with a shortcut key combination.
Useful if you have an old-school PS/2 keyboard and mouse (e.g. an IBM Model M) and want to switch between 2 PCs, or as a PS/2 to USB adapter. The connector cables are 4 ft (55cm) long.
