It is used and in fair working condition.It is a slider phone and has a physical keyboard with a touchscreen keyboard as well.It works on 3g and it is compatible with virgin and boost mobile although boost is cheaper.You can get unlimited talk and text but I don't remember how much data.It also has android 4.0 which upgrades to android 4.4.Apps do upgrade to newer verisons to a certain point.Plans are still being offered with virgin and boost.The cellphone is locked and can't be used with other network providers.Charging cable included.Sim card kit and activation fee will have to be purchased.If you're on a budget and you really don't care or use apps then this is the smartphone for you.
