IBM 3196 Terminal Bundle With Model M Keyboard Fully Working RARE

IBM 3196 terminal. Boots to what I believe is a dumb terminal prompt, I have no idea how to test further. Sold as is. Please see pictures, a couple defects. Part of base that connects it to the monitor is breaking, may break in shipping, front panel is missing a clip, cable is coming apart on the monitor end. However, everything is still in great shape
