Refurbished In Original Box Amiga 2000 Computer RAM Expansion Keyboard, Mouse WORKING TESTED CLEAN This is working Amiga 2000 Computer. It comes with a RAM expansion, and a custom hard drive controller cards. The Computer is very clean. It comes in its original serial number matching box, additional manuals, keyboard, and mouse. After booting WorkBench 1.3 it shows 2,971,368 free memory. The Computer was totally disassembled. The chassis washed and cleaned. The motherboard was been removed and cleaned of all dust and dirt. All socketed chips were reseated, and on the card as well. The chassis washed and cleaned. The motherboard boots properly with no cards installed. The floppy drives have been opened and cleaned out. The heads were cleaned and the head travel rails and stepper screws lightly lubricated. The faceplates and effect buttons washed and cleaned. Both floppy drives format, read, and write normally. They are very quiet and work great. The left eject spring is not too strong and is a little slow to pop a disk out. The power supply was opened and cleaned out. The fan was cleaned, and is quiet. The PSU's capacitors were visually inspected and appear to be in good condition. As always it is recommended that any vintage computers, eventually a PSU recapped is recommended prolong the unit’s lifespan. This PSU’s output in still close to specifications. The top case was washed and cleaned. There are a couple very small nicks, but hard to see them. The PSU/FD caddy were also cleaned. The keyboard was cleaned . All keys appear to be working properly. The cable was cleaned as best you can for a coiled cable. A WorkBench 1.3 disk included, as well as some games and other disks. The books and manuals shown also included. There are some other documents that are hard drive related and may work this the custom HD card installed but am not 100% sure. There is a Commodore published copy of Amiga 2000 schematics. The mouse was taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and is in good working condition. Installed hardware: - KickStart 1.2 ROM - Micro Technology Ram Expansion Card with what appears to be 1Mb installed - Custom made MFM/RLL Hard Drive Controller Card using an 8-Bit ISA SMS OMTI 20513 controller card. It looks like a smart person wired the ISA bus to match with corresponding Amiga bus connections. Do not have a drive to test this card. But considering working and good condition of other items from this lot, this card is probably working. The monitor is not included in the sale. A lot of work went into making this computer "like new" condition just as you would have purchased it back in 1987. Other Amiga 2000 computer on eBay were only tested to power up or show that something is on the monitor. Every aspect of this computer was cleaned, tested, and if possible, made to be better including the keyboard and mouse. Rarely do you find these systems in the original box with matching serial numbers. This is truly one of a kind. There is no warranty and I am selling as-is with no returns. All Sales to PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, or PR will be subject to paying exact shipping cost that will be calculated. Please ask prior to purchasing the computer. I only use eBay's International Shipping on international orders. no exceptions. eBay policies leave me with no choice but to mark each of my auctions with a “no return” policy. This is being done to protect me against returns such as (buyer’s remorse). After using the item for days and weeks, the buyer can submit a return and is not obligated to reimburse the seller for shipping charges and I have to pay for shipping charges back. Even though it is marked a “no return, “a buyer can still submit a return if the item was not as described or the item was damaged during shipping. Also, I do not need an eBay policy to do what is right and accept the item back if it wasn’t as described or damaged during shipping. Keep in mind, that I mainly sell vintage computers and vintage computer accessories. That said even though the box/item may not show damage, the internal mechanism may have been damaged or jarred from a rough truck and/or plane ride. I will work with ALL my customers to resolve the problem. Recently, I have had to take back items where the buyer didn’t check with mom/dad, husband/wife, or God prior to buying and did a return. eBay forced me to take the item back. Personally, I do not think that this is an acceptable way to return items. Many of the sellers on here are just trying to provide for their families and this kind of previous return is not fair to the seller. We are not Walmart or Costco that cannot absorb these financial damages. Again, I will work with all my costumers to ensure that they are happy with the item they purchased. Thank you for your patronage.
