All packaging  will be photographed  prior to shipment to assure transparency, transgressions, customer disputes filed with EBay and/or shipping companies. Photographs will be available to EBAY, shipping companies  and customers upon request,  post-delivery. \ Damaged items will require photographic evidence of the damage, the packing materials, and the box, to determine if it was due to poor packaging or damage in transit by the carrier. After inspection by shipping carrier, package will need to be returned to buyer in accordance with EBay return  policy prior to any reimbursement minus 20% restocking fee. Items are primarily shipped through FedEx, however if shipping is cheaper through USPS, the package will be shipped USPS. Usually any package under 1 Lbs. while be shipped USPS. Customers using P.O. Boxes may be contacted if an order being shipped requires a large box, Order may need an alternative shipping address to keep customer shipping costs low. Customers must be patient and wait at least a week after tracking has stopped before notifying us of a possibly lost package. Claims filed through USPS must be filed by the recipient of the item. We highly suggest that any FedEx claim starts with a customer service ticket first, so that we may work with FedEx on expediting the claim results. 20% restocking/return fee
