shipping, or for lost packages. Ship only your system - No charger necessary -
No special boxes or cases. We are not liable for any additional items
included with the system. If you have sensitive information on your hard
drive, please back up your data, or remove your hard drive before shipping your
system to us. We will not be liable for lost data. (We normally do not need to

Please note that our services are most effective with systems that have not been tampered with previously. If repairs have already been attempted on your system, repairs can be much more difficult and time consuming. In addition to our FREE diagnostics, we will need to determine if previous repairs were done properly and if they need to be undone before proceeding with own, which can cause delays. Tampered systems will also need to go through an extended stress testing process, once repairs have been completed, to ensure longevity. Due to the unpredictability, and extended repair time of tampered systems, there may be a small additional fee for all systems that have had repairs performed on it previously. We will always try our best to avoid implementing this additional fee, but in the unlikely case that it is absolutely necessary, we will contact you to inform you of the additional cost.
Our usual turnaround time for repairs is 3-5 business days, but additional time may be needed if parts need to be ordered. (Our handling time is only set to 30 days on eBay to account for the time it takes for us to receive the system from you and as a precaution if we need to wait for parts. All of our repairs are normally completed and shipped back before the estimate provided by eBay.) If additional time is necessary, we will contact you with an update.
We also provide expedited services for an additional $50, if requested. Our expedited service will have your system diagnosed, repaired and shipped back out within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping services can also be accommodated upon request. (Additional charges may be applied and is determined by shipping service/carrier chosen.)
