Lot of parts some with cat odor which apparently comes out easily with that new spray from Wal-Mart. A few of the pieces are soft because of the cats. It’s a rare set and their are lots of usable stuff in here. I started to frame it and put it together but gave up. Looks like most of the house is here. Missing all of the the accessories except the chair and trellis. 4 fence piece and one has a crack. One of the floor frames is cracked one one side. One edge molding is split in half.
